N2F – Scheduled Maintenance

We are constantly looking for ways to improve your expense management experience, and sometimes this requires temporarily suspending certain functions.
Therefore, please note that a scheduled maintenance will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. (CET) to 1:00 p.m. (CET).
During this period, the following applications will be affected:
N2F Expense Reports – Web version: Application unavailable.
N2F Expense Reports – Mobile version (iOS and Android): The application will remain functional in offline mode.
N2F Payment Cards: Payments will remain operational, except for those requiring biometric validation (online payments). Please note, however, that in all cases, payment notifications will be received with a delay.
N2F Invoices: Application inaccessible.
